This ending makes me wonder if Lina is more withdrawn than she wants people to know.

The others at the campfire, smiling and content, while she's off on her own, solemn and in thought. And I thought Zel was the gloomy one.

Her life, as it is, would not be an easy one. She is, so far, the only living being capable of fighting and defeating the Mazoku deity Lord Ruby-Eye. The only one.

This pretty much gurantees that Lina would never be able to enjoy a peaceful and easy life.

@tatielfa17 Porque la cantidad de experimentos que puso Rezo en Zelgadis hacen que la forma de recuperar su forma normal sea demasiado complicado para la magia estandar, por eso en Next buscaba la biblia de Claire, para buscar un metodo de volver a ser normal. Pero creo que a largo plazo esto seria contraproducente dado que su actual forma es la que le permite tener tanto poder mágico y pr tanto la que le permite su efectividad.

que recuerdos me trae!! despues de tantos años, el ver estas dos nuevas temporadas(revolution y evolution-r) me recuerda a la primera vez que vi esta serie y se convirtió en mi favorita, hará ahora unos 10 o 12 años. Por aquel entonces yo tenía 3 o 4 años, aún iba a preescolar, y por un vago recuerdo, me puse a ver toda la serie completa, y me encanta!! esta fue la primera serie de anime ke vi.

I don't think Lina is pretty, I think she's gorgeous, interesting, fun, smart and just amazing. She really got me into anime as a child and of all the characters out there she still holds a big place in my heart. Especially if you've seen enough animes, anime tend to categorize female characters in certain molds and Lina isn't some cookie-cutter heroine. XD Maybe is the fact she isn't the Ms. fanservice of the show, but to me that just makes her even better.

And personally I think it should be opening, not ending, because this is the best song of Slayers ever. Since obviously "Front Breaking" is not, actually it's just hopeless, IMHO :P and it's not good for opening, while Sunadokei is :D

Whoa, I didn't say it's a bad thing it looks different. I love Slayers no matter what, it's my favorite anime with or without good animation. I don't want to argue, either, and I agree as well, it hasn't changed much, I was just saying why people were complaining over it. :)

If animation and/or character design would have been changed between the fist thrid series and now, many fans would have been more deceipt and probably they sould think they had been betrayed.

And it is understandable that nor Hajime Kanzaka nor the studio never wanted that. So they prefered a small difference to give joy to the fans.

My prefered characters are :

1st : Xellos

2nd : Amelia

3rd : Lina

4th : Gourry

5th : Xelgadis

and the others, I like slayers too much....
