we don't get khoya where I'm living..is there a possibility to make khoya at home?

i think jo dodh phat jata hai or u add a pich of salt b4 boiling milk tub woh phatt jaey ga then u keep heating it untill it gets dried

jub khusk hona shuroo hoo tu hilatee rehna u'll get khoya in the end ( i think its called khoya)
