You idiots, RAGE has been in development for far longer than Borderlands was even announced. id's concept of this game has been around for quite awhile, right when they started making the engine after Doom 3. So yes, this most likely is copying Fallout to some extent, even if you are referring to Fallout 3, as it shares much with its predecessors.
