    to me it looked like you were showing the amount of weight it was and then like you tried to hide your face with it lol. NIce thou lol

  • I am aware that the footage could be done better, i still hope the idea got through.

  • Biceps and brachioradialis ("hammer curl muscle") will be enabled here to. Not only the wrist and grip. Just place your foot on a chair or similar and put your elbow in your lap. then balance the place and alternate the positions. This will help your improve the pinch grip while coordinating the upper arm and wrist.
