  • Because that's what money can do...(musical notes)......

  • There are much more beautiful structures that make much more sense. These are old, blocky, stuffy, and made with impractical materials.

These types of places take a few thou a month to upkeep, yet no one lives there except intermittently. For those who want to know where the secret families live.... they live here now and then...keep an eye out.

  • can't see nothing, all dark why bother

  • Been there, Beautiful us all I can say.

  • I went here

  • ive heard that place is haunted

  • Money money money moooooneey

  • I've been here. It's an amazing home. I loved walking around this home and grounds.

  • @robertfrankstrait yes you get the feeling that the folks who lived here were not major robbers of society...gentle souls that get reincarnated into such wealth although I think the saints that emerge (when they do) from such families do look into matters more deeply

  • @paulagloria

    lmfao. You must be kidding?

  • this is my most disliked show

  • that has probably changed now that people can see the show.sham of your "marriage"?

ref.: did you marry for love or money, paula?

(yes I'm sorry for ASS KING you a trick question because I have grave doubts that you even know what love is)

  • who s the D BAG SAYING MONEY ok her parents & grand parents made it so did she...............dang

  • @lisa4615 I don't know, but she sure has a lovely voice! Love her singing also. :)

  • interesting that 16 people liked this vs 18 who disliked it BUT 25 have made it a favorite!

  • @paulagloria

Not interesting so much as telling. Tells us all we need to know about you.

  • I agree, the woman's singing is so annyoying.

  • stupid bitch.

She should be saying: Museum, Museum, Museum !

  • @WistfulnessLonging It takes money to buy the blood, sweat and tears that went into building that place. It is a museum though. It not only showcases the rich and their life style, but the work of the Craftsmen and Artists who did the work also. I carve wood as a hobby and love seeing the work of Master Craftsmen of years gone by.

  • @charliepc56

    Dear Charlie,

    Thanks for your comment.

    .

Thanks for agreeing with me that this is a museum.

    .

    Cheers.

    from,

    del-boy.

  • that woman's voice is annoying.

  • annoying

  • Stupid.

  • I had to mute the sound.

  • wow i would really hate meeting you....

  • Money..

You Have to have a balance in life...to enjoy it..if not it will drive you crazy..

  • if there were no rich people there would be no society. rich people employ hundreds, even thousands, which means that they feed those people, house those people, and provide for those people's families.

and nobody is allowed to criticise the wealthy because they live nicely.

trust me, if you had a lot of money, you would do exactly the same.

    hypocrites....

  • the "wealthy" feed, educate, and employ the "poor".

  • You are very knowledgable, Paula. You have a wonderful voice, and I love hearing you talk. Thanks!

  • thank you! I see you have airplanes on your channel...how did you come to this one?

  • Je pense qu'Isis dirait tout simplement que c'est a cause de ses ailes

veux-tu que je te traduise aussi ce que cela veut dire?

  • thats not fair. You got to record the inside..... we couldnt do that

  • well I guess they changed the rules....this was done two years ago

  • Paula, keep up the passionate work. Im really sorry. I was just bummed out that I didnt get to see everything you probably wanted to produce. They actually banned you for pro hemp and other stuff? whatever. keep on truckin!! LOL

  • Im a member of the Luxury MArketing Council of America which is an invitation only organization. I wasnt judging YOU, I was judging your video. I was excited to see that you did it and put in all the hard work. The video and the personal commentary was terrible. There. Why is it very few people can take any criticism when they put up hack video but love it when someone tells them how great their videos are when their hardly even viewable. Sorry I offended, I know it was a difficult video to do.

  • you did not offend me at all...it was NOT hard to make, just a lark

what was hard to do is my documentary on low level radiation "Because People Are Dying"

Incidently youtube disabled my account for things I like much more...legalizing hemp and one special favorite "Mastering Masturbation"

I will rerelease many that I care about much more on the soon to be rereleased paulagloria com

    cheers

    -Paula Gloria

(in her dad's old directors account)

  • I really appreciate the video but the annoying "money, money, money, money, money" being repeated several times was almost more frustrating as the horribly dark video. I cant see anything except the lamps and lighting. I was excited to see the title but very disappointed in it over all. I appreciate the work though, I teach Film and TV studies and its a lot of hard work.

  • tell me what do you think about the Vanderbilt wealth? and how much should a filmmaker understand about it?

  • so you say it IS about the money? Then you buy into the same problem

  • Every baby on earth is born with the same opportunity of becoming wealthy in life.

  • @paulagloria

DUmbass. They're saying it's about money for SOME people. Like the Rockefellers. I hope the gentle souls thing is a joke btw. Open your eyes.

  • hay whats so great?

come to liverpool most of the houses are like this one.

  • Victoria Woodhull and her sister Tennessee were the first women stockbrokers on Wall Street. She was radical for her time, and would be radical even today.

She advocated equal rights for women and free love for everyone and ran for president. One of the amusing things is that though she pretended the spirits guided her, she probably got a lot of her financial inside information from madams and prostitutes at classy whorehouses where men would talk too loosely.

  • which is why she was probably not liked by women who wanted to change the system that benefited only a few....check out my playlist on "Binary Economics" for a method that if such intelligent ppl of the times knew about we'd have a far better world

  • they have mansions in rhode island too

  • They don't have much anything anymore. Then again I can't even get a job in my own ancestrell home in Spain & I"m a duke. ;-) hahahaha

  • a duke loll..... really? :-*

  • yes it happens a lot:-(

  • Hyde Park isn't upstate is it? Don't forget its next door to FDR's place and just past the last Metro North stop on the Hudson line. The mansion sold for only $1.00 !

  • they had a place up state as well as uptown (of course now it is downtown)! yeah you can't register a car that really was a gift for $1 but Gates and Buffett can give each other multiple millions w/o taxes

  • it was fun going up there with you and I enjoyed seeing how you put this together...thanks Paula!
