There are probably instructional videos on how to do so but unfortunately you can't hear what they say, perhaps you can get someone to shout it into your ear? Like a rather big frog that speaks your language or something? And no, i don't know where you'd find such a frog, do i have to do all the work for ya?

@jinxxedlikeshit thanks for your comment. It makes me laugh. This video's volume is still very small even though i have adjust my laptop's volume setting to largest. And, weirdly other videos are quite OK.
