Some aspects are clearly sampled from the original. Like for instance the throbbing sequence, and the moment where the instrumentation thickens. I would say even the clapping sound is part of a sample of the original. You can hear it has the Vangelis reverb, where all the newly performed parts have a different (much cheaper) verb.

@Relaxicity, unfortunately I must say you're wrong, no instrument of my project was sampled, but each one was created entirely with virtual instruments in FL Studio, if you get a chance, download the attachment at the video description and load it into FL Studio, then you'll see for yourself that I'm saying is true.
