If I were your neighbor I would hunt for the plug and cut it. That seems like that would be a HUGE nuisance to live next to.

Actually the neighbor on the right can not see them and the neighbor on the left has them blocked by my RV and I have no neighbors across the street.

how do the arches work? How does it go side to side? Is it different channels?

The arches are on 24 channels, 8 per arch.

Have you been looking into doing this yourself?

It's fun but can be expensive.
