  • @BoratHIGHFIVE11 jay eats up to five pounds a day of fish when he diets for a show. fish has fat content which will lean out the body, and thing your skin, so you get a lot more vascularity. its not that chicken is bad, is just that fish is better.

  • @squeaky92...depends on the fish buddy! tilapia only has one gram of fat per 4 oz. chicking is closer to 2g of fat. and orange roughy is about the same as chicken!

  • Most bodybuilders would disagree, chicken is a very lean source of protein. Fish has a lot more fat in it. I don't know what he's talking about here?

  • Not all fish, like cod.

  • white fish; flounder, haddock, talipia have very little. And the fat they do have is unsaturated.

  • Fish is full of omega fat, not sat or trans fat. Alot of bodybuilders prefer fish in precontest because the extra fat in fish gives more energy while carbs are very low, and some bb's just have better results with omegas in precontest diet. Ever here of the dave palumbo's keto diet? its a precontest diet based on just omega fats n protien, alot of bb's have done it and have gotten amazing results, Evan Cetopani, Steve Kulco, and i think Eric Frankkhouser have all tired it or a variation of it

  • the way chickens are bred and raises now is very diferent from the way they used to be raised and bred they contain alot of fat now from all the shit they feed them to fatten up

  • @squeaky92 Yes fish has more fats but those are mostly good fats. Omega 3 fats found in fish actually helps you to burn fat, not store it. A lot of bodybuilders swear by fish as a lean protein source when cutting up.

  • Fish is a very general term.

    Cutler is not chowing down salmon pre-contest. He is eating tilapia and orang roughy pre-contest. The last two are much lower in fat.

  • lol, chicken is lean, but fish is leaner... Just keep an mind there are many ways to skin a cat... branch warren eats beef up until 2weeks before a show... an his conditioning was by far the best at the 09 O

  • @squeaky92 Yeah its typical mate, bodybuilders do what ever it takes too give wrong advice, because they dont know whos watching there vids, ' a magician doest reveal their tricks' kinder thing

  • @squeaky92 he says he cuts out most chiken. I think he means wings etc. Chiken breast is probably in his diet year long.

  • @squeaky92 no they wouldnt, chicken has almost twice the amount of calories lean fish has.. thats why he eats fish , as low calories as possible
