With Malt Liquor, well it's actually just a regular lager, but it's got higher alcohol contents, so the government has given it that name ever since the prohibition days because they didn't want everyone buying "beer" with high alcohol. It's just a fancy name.
Well It's about $13 for a 12 pack of cans $ 7 for 6 bottles and $12 for 12 bottles so one dollar for every bottle/can but 12 bottles for $8 that's cheap! lol

I think the canned version of Bud Ice is pretty good. The bottled version is often skunky.
