I have an ident like this, but the music is completely different. it uses xylophones and flues to play the music, and I know it was used during the late nineties.
That music is a clip from "Threshold" by the Steve Miller Band. It originally served as a segue into "Jet Airliner", before being used as cheesy ID music. The ID for KMPH in Fresno, CA in 1971 used the exact same music clip, and the cheesy "logo in space" motif that was almost a cliche in that era.

I think the later version has less weird music than this. it kinda had a nice and cosy feel to it.
