I agree with Ron Paul 100% that we should limit Federal spending of U.S. taxpayer's dollars, eliminate the Federal Reserve (central) bank, get out of Iraq. The Democrats promised to end the Iraq war immediately and I am not seeing that happen. Why? The banks are bleeding money and though we are infusing them with more we have done nothing to stop the bleeding. Zuckerman is right that we should renegotiate loans for homeowners who are about to loose their homes and those who don't have fixed rate loans. Pass legislation that punish predatory lenders. Spend the bailout to subsidize the banks for the difference. We have idiots running the Fed.

I thought that Zuckerman was a smart guy. Turns out he is not. The Iraq war is no drag at all on the economy because "we had 4 booming years while the war was going on". What does that prove? The economy went booming due to an insane low interest rate. Now, pay-back time has come.
