@musomanoz I like them a lot. I used them at work last year and had no problems, they always responded how I wanted. With plastic white hazey heads though, I find I have to adjust the lugs quite often with a key to maintain an evenly tuned head - this doesn't happen on those thicker renaissance heads though. The 2nd set at work is a set of Ludwig Standard Copper - In comparison, those sound a lot sweeter and more resonant but it's a little harder to get different colours out of the drum.
Love your masterful playing, your sound is definitely superior. Saw your video of Shostakovich at the Royal Albert Hall. Amazing. Would love to see you playing with the YouTube Smphony as well!!!
This is really good. You should post it on the Musical Overture site so more recruiters and conductors will see it.

A common misconception is how SHORT the half note roll is during the Engima Variations..... you played it twice as long.......

Note: Please use headphones or decent speakers to experience a better sound quality. (laptop speakers generally don't quite cut it!)

I guess Beethoven was on speed when he wrote this piece. PERFECT RENDITION OF A RUINED PIECE! 5 stars!
