i love this game..one of my all time favorites..i love how beautifully the graphics are done...intro was beautiful and ending with the super oni was epic...love this game..still have mine and beaten it thousands of times...best one out of part 1, 2, 3, and 4..hopefully there will be a 5 soon..and i heard there was gonna be a movie with takeshi kaneshiro as samonoske..cant wait

Anyway, Onimusha 2 is my preferred game on the PS2.

The story is epic,

characters are cool and charismatic,

there's many cutscene changes depending on your actions,

jubei makes jokes with the bosses, kinda like Dante, he's super-cool.

The CG's are magnificent, Oyu is hot with her armour,

the gameplay rocks, there's Issen counters for expert players, there's a TON of secrets, in short, its THE game.

you CANNOT miss this one.

This game was different from the rest. It had rpg elements which I freaking loved. I hope onimusha 5 has some rpg or free roam style to just relax and find items and do side quests. Also it's cool you can pick who dies or becomes evil.

Onimusha 2 was my favourite because it built on the first game and kept the dark and historical thematic. The other games went on different tangents and lost sight of what this series was all about.

i would have to say that Onimusha 2 was by far my favorite part, part 4 the game play wasnt like one and 2, 3 which made me somewhat disappointed, but i still loved how the stories tied together ;D

Very cool game! This intro rocked! I thought this one and Dawn of Dreams were the best! However ,I love the whole series! The gift giving game to recieve items and gain friendships was so original! The multiple story paths mixed with being able to play as four other characters was awesome!

i have to say that when it comes to music in games, the japenese just deliver. the music is simply beautiful especially at the scene where nobunaga is with his demons with the moon in the background. you look at OSTs with almost any japanese made anime or game and all you can find is beautiful music. I just started playing onimusha and the music at the beginning is what hooked me. nice music with a great story are key to the success of a game or anime
