  • Thanks very much for this video. I would be very happy to know about this master's international teaching schedule (specially in Europe). I would as well love to know about the beautiful music that accompanies the movements.

  • Sifu, your movements are amazing. I really enjoy these clips.

  • is this really can use in fight? ==

  • excellent

  • This is a beautiful art form but art is all it is. In real life situations those moves aren't practical.

  • @cesarb714

    Why not?I see practical using

  • So fluid. Makes me want to go swimming.

  • Very nice form looks awesome. How many moves are there in this form? :)

  • 1zzak,

Thank you! There are 53 moves in this form.

  • I just pre-ordered the Wudang Basics DVD, and am looking forward to using it in my practice.

About six years ago, I started studying Baguazhang under Sun Zhenkang in order to lose weight and improve health. I have always admired Wudang style martial arts, and I know this DVD will add a lot to my training.

I hope Master Zhou will on occasion be able to some down to the Philadelphia area for seminars. I would gladly come.

  • Gorgeous!

  • This video is incredible. Xuan Wu Quan is by far one of my favorite of the Wudang barehand sequences, and to be ablle to watch a master such as Zhou Xuan Yun perform it is a spectacular honor. He is smooth, fluid, and he accentuates aspects of the form that I did not recognize before as all masters perform a bit different. Phenomenal video!

  • Awesome - so glad we have access to this knowledge in Boston

  • Thanks! I'm trying to spread the word beyond Boston too, so I travel as much as possible to teach. We also just finished a Kung Fu Fundamentals DVD, which should help spread the arts beyond just where I can travel too.
