WAIT A MINUTE!!! I knew i have seen this somewhere!!! Jet Li does this form! in one of his movies i think its Twin warriors or Tai chi master i think translations are a bit different when america gets them.
Thanks for your comments. The music is by a Chinese musician named Dongzi. If you go to my web site you can see announcements about upcoming workshops. On the first page of the web site you can also sign up to get my newsletter, which shares video, articles, and notices about upcoming events.
Thanks very much for this video. I would be very happy to know about this master's international teaching schedule (specially in Europe). I would as well love to know about the beautiful music that accompanies the movements.
I just pre-ordered the Wudang Basics DVD, and am looking forward to using it in my practice.
About six years ago, I started studying Baguazhang under Sun Zhenkang in order to lose weight and improve health. I have always admired Wudang style martial arts, and I know this DVD will add a lot to my training.
I hope Master Zhou will on occasion be able to some down to the Philadelphia area for seminars. I would gladly come.
This video is incredible. Xuan Wu Quan is by far one of my favorite of the Wudang barehand sequences, and to be ablle to watch a master such as Zhou Xuan Yun perform it is a spectacular honor. He is smooth, fluid, and he accentuates aspects of the form that I did not recognize before as all masters perform a bit different. Phenomenal video!
Thanks! I'm trying to spread the word beyond Boston too, so I travel as much as possible to teach. We also just finished a Kung Fu Fundamentals DVD, which should help spread the arts beyond just where I can travel too.
Excellent

This is a beautiful art form but art is all it is. In real life situations those moves aren't practical.
