It needs a song written for the instrument that includes lyrics about, harleys, cows, telephones and such. It begs for it!

Never having seen one I started my research. YouTube being a great source I found your videos. You my friend build funtional works of art. I'm truely impressed. Keep it up!

  • Nice instrument and good sound ! I enjoyed the phone mic reuse as a instrument or vocal mic : redneck ingenuity at the service of the music .

    Good job .

  • That's a very nice piece of work all the way around.

  • @RideswithChuck Thanks Chuck, I appreciate it.

  • Pretty Damn Cool,..I`ll Bet the Pipe cost more than a Real Guitar,...Love It ,...Sounds pretty cool for a home made bow diddly,...I Liked all yer Bow Diddlys,..Thanks for the share and Have a Great Day bro,...Love Yer Guts!!

  • @Lizard5571 The other pipe from the same bike is the one we used on the Hot Rod Lawn Tractor. Thanks for checking it out.

  • They are excellent, i've never seen anything like them. You must look at peoples old electrical stuff they trash in a diferent light, thinking "what can i use these parts for". Great stuff, keep it up.

  • @punkit743 That's very true, I like digging through boxes of miscellaneous stuff at garages sales and resale shops.

  • wow...did you win the contest.?...lots of creative engineering in that project.

  • @GatheringSticks No, I didn't win with this one. There are a lot of talented people on that site. They went for a more conventional cigar box guitar style instrument that someone made out of metal. I was trying to go a little stranger than that. Thanks for checking this out.

  • COOL Man....You can come up with some wild ideas....Have you ever heard of Steampunk..?

    Peace,Striker

  • @StrikerTripleThree That is really weird that you said that. Later today, I'm going to post a vid of a steampunk gun that my son made. I'm planning a steampunk guitar as well.

  • That's really cool!! But will it pass inspection? ☺

  • @805ROADKING The only emissions are coming from the player.

  • My 2nd fave Diddley bow player,behind seasick steve..lol

  • @JAYBEE643 I must be the only other diddley bow player you know....lol. Seasick Steve is awesome for sure.
