subway makes it easy to find nutritional info on their sandwiches (whether its good or bad) while Quiznos seems to hide the nutritional info. If you want healthy, dont get mayo, cheese or oil. Go with mustard and vinegar for sauces. Also just get a 6" as almost every sandwhich (subway and quiznards) has an entire daily supply of sodium. You have to be careful. But overall Subway is healthier than Quiznos but Quiznos is tastier...
