  • Hey do this first thing in the morning on a empty stomach and you'll burn 2-3X as many calories. Your clothes will feel looser before and as the weight changes from fat to muscle. Nice goin'

  • Hi, I'm a mountain biker. Don't worry about the weight. Fat turns into muscle which is more dense than fat, therefore, you might weigh the same, but your body fat will be less. Too many people look at how much they weigh instead of looking at the overall effect of working out. You have some great videos, keep up the good work. Stay positive!

    Yeah, be prepared to not lose weight as fast as other methods, cuz, well, you're building muscles and they weight a lot more per cubic unit than fat does. The result is that a muscle person grows outwards while the fat person evaporates!!!! Go girl! And nice birthday haul!! Haps to ya!

  • Absolutely. I agree! I can feel different. Went 6 miles yesterday - and had to get to about the third mile before I broke a sweat. Definitely improving strength and stamina!
