I doubt you'll actually ever read this Shay, but I went from 10 stone 10, down to 7 stone 9 in literally 4 months. It's not what you eat, it's how many calories you consume. You can eat really crappy foods, but as long as you limit the calories, (let's say half it) you'll loose weight.
