I'm Saudi and your language is not bad considering you are using the formal Arabic. And your teacher is very strict :D I bet he is either Jordanian or Palestinian. However, you need a teacher to push you to do your best not to babysit throughout the lesson. A suggestion, why don't you watch historical Arabian drama, that would help.

We don't hate it. It's a difficult and sometimes frustrating language especially since the alphabet is so incredibly different, but we all loved the class and loved learning the language.

thats cool..but do you mind telling me why you need it? You are in a U.S. college? If the teacher is fun you will learn, if the teacher is old, slow, and has bad breath you will not want to come back to that class, trust me. I had to learn that stuff and if was also frustrating, especially when you have to read the quran language. Hope you passed lol.

ok let me fill you in , first of all i know most o f the world things we are terriosts and all but we simply aren't , we don't bomb each other niether do we live in tents and ride camels ,we are normal humans like me i am a normal teenage human being , we go out , we party , we you tube and have facebooks , we have cinama's , we date and it is the rarest thing when people marry young , also english is second lanuage in half of the arabian countries , so we can speak english ! :)

If u don't mind, but I think that Arabs are not A rase, It's an ethnic group bind by language, religioun and cultural valious,.. so u can find whites, brown, red, blacks, and a mix of all these who are arabs and I think its something to be proud of

Yeah, it can be difficult, but this was Arabic 104 I think so we were supposed to be pretty fluent and our teacher was actually really lax and helpful. It may sound harsh but he never graded anyone harshly.

arabics very complicated but depending on which language is your native one some will have harder times. but it can be learned very well in several years (thats it, one can become proficient) .. becoming fluent is a life-long task
