I have 2012 MEP and know how to use just tool bars... just a few selections and a little customize and you are ready to go. No need for migration and you can build all the tool bars you want! Also you can turn on/off the ribbons when ever you want.
Hey Rob, I've been watching a lot of your videos today and I like a lot of what you are doing. Great job. I will tell you that you seem pretty upset about the Ribbon. I believe this is the 2nd response I've posted in regards to the ribbon. I just hope you won't miss out on the new features that are only found in the ribbons. What are you planning on doing about those features if you are avoiding the ribbon? Have made use of the search feature for your tools in the Application Button?

I will just have to miss out. The Ribbon takes way to may steps and takes up screen real estate.
