I'm sorry, but I've never had any doubts about his sexuality. I would have been so surpised if he had came out to be straight. I mean, he just 'looks' kind of gay, talks a bit 'gay' ....and such. Not in a bad way (i'm dutch, gays are accepted and such here), but it has always been kind of 'well i'd give him 90% to be gay'. I'm straight guy, and he just looks a bit 'too pretty' for a straight dude. He sings incredible too, which is a feminine trait (6 times more women can sing well than men)

I think based on how he was on idol, if Adam had avoided questions about his sexuality he would have been labelled as in denial and his career would have suffered because of it. It's sad but because of Adam's demeanor he almost NEEDS to be marketed as a gay singer to justify his behaviour. Darren on the otherhand is much more simple, understated so he never really needed to come out. If he hadn't found a partner, would he have come out at all?
