All this 'legal' history is interesting but only proves that the powers 'allow' the sheeple to be armed when they feel it profitable to do so.

The only fact that matters is that every creature has an inherent natural right to self defense, thus any time any piece of garbage is telling us we don't have that, and is thereby trying to enslave us, we have every right, indeed the responsibility and duty, to kill it.

If a 'criminal' is walking the street the cops obviously aren't doing their jobs, not to mention the guards at the prison the 'criminal' escaped from.

Otherwise, if a non-violent criminal has served his time his rights should be restored. If a 'violent' criminal is in prison who has proven he cannot be 'trusted' with weapons why the hell are we turning him loose?

A portion of the SCOTUS is always made up of "Liberal"(communist) garbage that took an oath to uphold the Bill of Rights and thus deserves to be arrested, tried for treason and executed, because "Liberal" shit hate our rights and work incessantly to destroy them.
