This is a parody of When the Music's Over. Not Soul Kitchen. I love The Doors and while this isn't one of my favorite of Al's songs, its still pretty good.

@Neapher it liquified theyre brains. they werent strong like us. they were the kind of people that went around liking all of this modern music that sounds like some idiot banging rocks togethar got ahold of a synthesizer and started pressing buttons while they hired a black man to play base and a retard to bang his head on a set of drums. managed to get the liking of the average stupid american teenager by writing lyrics about smoking weed and beating old people with a spiked bat. Now, I don't know what planet you are from but on this planet pop singers don't write their own music let alone lyrics, and well I guess bands do write their own music, and some of them I guess are pretty shitty, but when was the last time YOU wrote a song?

gets lazy and the lyrics he's writing get even shittier untill the chourus of a song is "i keep banging my head against this wall" or "im as smrtr as derpy hooves" yet they already have the teenager influence and the entire country gets stupid, so when a song comes out thats actually good it becoms so cool that it becomes uncool or it's hated and it turns theyre brains to jello. so wierd al doing these parodies is great. and that is why owl city is better. im 15 years old? what did i just say?
