There is a phenomenon: The sun seems to reveal something in infrared. Look at the videos made with simple IR cameras, which are filming towards the sun/sun corona.

Also, I reckon if you left the video to play for 3 more seconds you'd see it come out the other side (which is really just going behind, or in front of it)

Seeing as you can already see a couple of stars/planets moving above and behind the sun, maybe that blob is also a star/planet, but is just brighter. Seeing as it moves in the same direction, and same speed as the others I think that's a logical explanation.
