I have heard this time and time again, that lee anthony is caylee's father. I know I KNOW! I thought it was the stupidest thing Ive ever heard too. I just re-watched an old Fox News interview of Lee A. dated Aug. 5, '08, titled: Caylee Marie Anthony case update - lee 2, by bigjuicykungfu. Lee says they've known who the deceased father is for years, but they would never release his name to the media because they don't want his family to go through what the Anthonys are going through w/ the media.

Most people believe that Casey just doesn't know who the father is because the FBI told George that they had found 1200 photos of Casey in compromising positions. I don't know if that behavior started before or after she had Caylee, though.

Okay, this is interesting:  I read at WFTV that the name of the alleged father is Jesus Ortiz, age 21, & after he died in a car crash there was a toxicology test so his blood is still available for testing. LE is having the blood tested to verify paternity. The article said Cindy Anthony has stated that she didn't recongnize that name. Jesus Ortiz's family was surprised when they were asked about Caylee & said they don't believe he's the father.

So I checked it, he is from Orlando, Fla, now age 22, & there are many condolence messages from his friends saying R.I.P., etc, but I didn't see one from Caylee, so I guess it's been removed. There's a photo of the monument on his grave.

If the parents of this "alleged dead father" knew they had a grandchild upon the passing of their son, don't you think that the father's parents would have asked to see Caylee long before Caylee went missing considering Caylee was almost 3? By Casey's statements to her friends, the father died in May 2007. Cindy believes everything Casey tells her as being the truth.

In fact, Cindy had claimed at one point only a few weeks after the arrest that Baez was her attorney too as the Anthony's had no attorney.
