Great video! Just adding on some crucial points: Coccygeus is also called ischiococcygeus . Also the levator ani consists of pucococygeus and iliococcygeus and the pubococcygeus is further divided into puborectalis and levator prostate (in males) or pubovaginalis (in females) :)
