Mr Justice Andrew Collins, while blocking any legal process against the RCVS for 2 years with his January 2006 'Extended Civil Restraint Order', having already failed miserably with the HM Attorney-General's conspiracy in getting a total cover up by a 'Vexatious Litigant' Order, Andrew also blocked this 5th Action for false imprisonment.....it makes you wonder just how much longer the tax payer will pay for all this deceitful scandel?
