  • On the Antec Twelve Hundred V3 the eSATA has been replaced with the new USB3 plug.

  • @AeroFix94 @ilikebmx111 Thank you.

  • Comment removed

  • @Jodque2 213 x 582 x 513 mm (WxHxD)

  • @Jodque2 see in the beginning noob!

  • @AeroFix94 I know but I want to know which is which.

  • @Jodque2 213 x 582 x 512 WxHxD :)

  • PLEASE ANSWER ! what is the best 140mm case fan I can get ? :)

  • Does this come with fans?

  • @skitzless Yes. It comes with the 200mm fan on top, and the three 120mm fans and front and the two 120mm fans on the rear. The fans are great by the way, they are quiet, and have really good LED's.

  • @killgoth2445 Do you even need a other cooling parts with this case? Wouldn't those fans be able to keep the case cool...with an i7 OCing

  • @MrEhxpert I'm not sure what you mean, but to overclock a i7 well, you would need aftermarket cooling.

  • @MrEhxpert no.. prob not

  • is the side panel fan called the chasis fan\?

  • I had a hard time watching after he said there was a front panel SATA

  • @gooserification Don't worry, the new Antec 1200 V3 has a USB 3.0 instead of a eSata.

  • This case seems like a win for an overclocked system, TONS of fans and they also have high quality dust filters!

  • Must be a pain picking up that huge steel case.

  • @MidNiteR32 maybe if you're a stickman.

  • I just bought this case :D.

  • i don't mean to be picky but the animation that you have for the 200mm fan at 4:52 is backwards its actually blowing inwards not outwards.

  • I'm running all fans on low speed and still this case is cooling down my entire room. Gotta turn off a couple of fans or I'll end up a popsicle.

  • It is a PAIN to clean the front dust filters (which do a great job).

  • Thank you for an excellent review - I have purchased this today based on your recommendation.

  • Gah damn, Spelling typo. "Cable Management". My bad.

  • It's very cool case, we have one too. Better than the small Antec Nine Hundred case due to better cable managment and cooling options.

  • i just had dreams with that case

  • hey please help me in this, i will buy the motherboard gigabyte g1 assassin but that motherboard is xl atx i would like to know if this case will support that motherboard cause is little bigger than the specifications i saw in newegg and in the official website, i think the g1 assassin can fit but i prefer to ask before to make the purchase thanks a lot for your answers.

  • @ECGOLDRP It will not support it. I just checked on newegg dot com. It supports Micro ATX / ATX / Mini-ITX only. However the Cooler Master HAF X has XL-ATX support and also eATX. So you could go for that. It is a bit pricier but it will house xl-atx with no problems. And it also has hot swap bays. And unlike the antec 1200 wich is an older model it has a grill on the bottom for psu with bottom fans to intake cool air. If u got the antec it would only take in hot air from inside. I hope I helped

  • @0peppers yea i saw the cooler master haf x, and thanks for your answer i like a lot the antec twelve hundred v3 black but i will buy it when i build my sandy bridge configuration because the gigabyte z68x ud7 is just atx not xl atx, by the way the cooler master haf x is just great i will put all he fan it can support and to enjoy my new configuration, thanks again and yea i saw it on newegg both cases and i will keep with the cooler master haf x by now. take care.

  • @ECGOLDRP I'm glad I could help. And good choice Sandy Bridge is very good and in general socket 1155 is cheaper than 1366. If you're building a gaming rig I see no reason to go with 1366, it would just be overkill. Good luck!

  • @0peppers i will build now with x58 chipset then in 2012 i will build 2 with ivy bridge and sandy bridge because i want to collect all the chipset starting in x58.

and yeah sandy bridge is just amazing and the AVX instruction are fantastic, imagine ivy bridge that will be able with AVX 2.

i will enjoy my configuration starting with the i7 960 and a g1 assassin, gigabyte radeon hd 6970 and corsair dominator 12gb ddr3 ram memory.

powerful pc hehehe. whats your configuration now?

  • @ECGOLDRP Oh my setup was good when I got it but kinda old now.Still decent though.I can run most of the new games minus the anti-alias options n stuff.Dual core e6750@2.66gHz,msi p35 neo combo mobo a hybrid with 2 ddr2 dims and 2 ddr3 dims, kingston hyperx 4gb ddr3 1333mHz runnin at 1066(mobo limited),a gainward dual slot 8800gt,tuniq tower 120 cpu cooler,500gb WD hdd all in an antec sonata 3 case with an included earthwatts 500w psu.Gonna change my case soon to a haf 912 for better ventialtion.

  • @0peppers ok

  • @LjunGberg4Life ive got this case too. just remove both side panels and unscrew all the screws of the bay holder things and pull them out a bit and remove the dust filter look at the video too see what i mean :)

  • Quick, someone hand him a removable mother board tray :D

  • Should I get this one or the Antec Dark Fleet DF-85

  • This case 3 way SLI capable?

  • Antec Twelve Hundred is dusty hard , to clean after few years have gone by.

    Dust magnet.

  • Considering this is an Antec case I'm assuming it fits the Antec KUHLER H20 920 CPU cooler??????????????????? Because I actually really want the CM HAF X but then it's exhaust fan is 140mm and the cooler is 120mm

  • 140 mm fan can fit in that case cos i put 140mm ones in :L

  • Actually you can't turn the top fan on or off. The switch is just for the LED light.

  • Ive got a 1200 and honestly worst purchase ever. With my Crosshair IV extreme ive got all wire holes covered and wire management with a huge psu such as my Antec 1200 watts became a real pain in the ass

Running more than 4 hard drives in this thing with my set up is really hard as well >_> my 6970 fits not sure if a 6990 will

  • antec 1200 or CM HAF X

  • @lord2468vader22 this baby

  • @lord2468vader22 1200 by far

  • Just saying, but can you actually install a h80 at the rear. Concerned by the rear fan screws.

  • will it fit gtx 580 ?

  • @deffar123 Yeah I got a 580 inside this case

  • @deffar123 yea it fits a gtx 580 just fine just have to take out two slots from the back real easy. got a ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner, Western Digital RE4 WD5003ABYX 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5", EVGA 015-P3-1580-AR GeForce GTX 580, CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W, G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3, GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX, Intel Core i7-2600 Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost)

  • I noticed there's not cutout behind the cpu to easily attach aftermarket cooling. what a shame.

  • Is this de twelve Hundred V3 ????? This have a USB 3.0 on front or not ????

    Greez Pitbull

  • @GrazerPitbull yeah,l thats what i thought also when looking at this review

  • Who needs expensive computer? Just use magnets for faster computing!

  • What would you say is this difference between this case and the Antec DF-85?

  • orange LED's would make it run quicker than blue ones!

  • hello again im rodney reynolds and welcome to another video review

  • Will this fit big Video Cards and/or heatsinks?

  • @TheOneBarHero Yes. Mine fits one 5970, one 5870, AND a Corsair H70! All together.

  • Why BLU? Because BLU stands for VICTORY!

Why blue? Because red is for slobkz!

  • lmao i could barely hear high speed over my crappy computer T.T

  • Please change the cadance of your speach, I find it very disturbing - especially because you're going around this case really good. But your tempo of speech of whatever it's called is hard to cope with, at least that's what I think

  • Wodney Weynolds does very good reviews but, speeks like a robot.

  • My B.day tomorrow what to get.. this or NZXT Phantom ? :D

  • @beddowNbedford

    Phantom White and Red

  • how would i install a cd drive into this?

  • @TaskForce454 it comes with instructions, it has 3 sections with 3 drive bays each, each section can either fit a 5.25" bay (like a cd/dvd drive) or you put a 3.5" aadaptor inside (included).

So you can have up to 12 dvd drives with 0 hard drives or 3 dvd drives with 9 hard drives or 6 dvd drives with three hard drives etc, you can read the manual on antec's website

  • he's SO cute! and i just love his dimples !

  • I've never had a case with so many fans before, but I'm thinking about getting one. Do most motherboards have enough connections for all the fans and are all the cables long enough? The HDD fan cable looks kinda short.

  • @1SapereAude1 Those cables don't connect to the motherboard, they are 4-pin molex, then connect to the power supply and they can be daisy chained together, that means all the fans can be connected together and the last fan can be plugged to the PSU, open your pc case and look at the 4 pin cables coming from the PSU, it uses those.

  • Everything is kickass to you. You don't even talk about the price.

  • 5:23. You dont say?

  • SIMPLY,''COPY;',&:':PASTE''`

    SIMPLY.:.COPY.`.&.'`PASTE``;

  • @bigpoppa1234 it doesn't it's just an old case...

  • I wonder what he says when the motherboard tray IS removable...

  • This or the corsair 600t white editition or the Lancool k62? :D

  • Will the Asus crosshair formula fit into the antec 1200?

  • @MrAMColes

    Thanks a lot :P

im currantly esembaling my parts to my new rig and this case is just the thing im looking for.

  • @MeatWhistle44 No problem fella, what parts?

  • @MrAMColes Antec 1200 case. antec 900W high currnt gamer 80 plus. (12v railing) SLI (times two) Evga nvidia Geforce 1792MB GTX 295 DDR3. Asus crosshair IV formula motherboard. (cooling unkown) im thinking of thermaltake 880i prowater. AMD X6 1100T Black edition hexcore processor. 6 GB Corshair dominator GT 2000 mhz plus DDR3. 750 GB 132 mb/s WD black scorpion hybrid HDD storage at 7,200 rpm, can reach speeds up to a small scale SSD solid state drive. i have not orderd any parts yet..
  • @MeatWhistle44 Sounds good, However if you are looking to save money it might be worth getting the 1090t instead, from what i have heard they are both the exact same chip, but the 1090t is clocked slightly higher. Also I can HIGHLY recommended a Noctua NH-D14 (you may have issues fitting dominator ram under the coolers), avoid the corsair H70 and H50. Also take a look at mushkin memory. And you cant use 6GB of memory on that board, its dual channel not triple Chanel, its either 2,4,8,16,32GB.

  • @MrAMColes

When i first had a look at the noctua NH-D12 and D9, i thought it was pretty ordinary back in 09.

but the noctua NH-D14 is lituraly an air cooling MONSTER.

i was going to go for liquid cooling but now i have the problem with fitting dominator ram under the D14.

i had a look at the mushkin memory, but it is a very unfarmiliar brand and i had a hard time spotting the

top of the line high performance muskin memory.

and i also had a look at the WD Velociraptor 600 GB HDD.

  • @MeatWhistle44 Look for either the radioactive or the redline ridgeback, You can get them at 2133mhz. It can be hard to find Mushkin memory, if you are in the uk then look at Aria. What budget have you got to build it, if you don't mind me asking?

  • @MeatWhistle44

To tell you the truth, i just work, get a bit of money, and buy a part (one at a time).

this is a bit slower process but i works fine for me.

i think the computer itself without the monitor or mouse it will average between $1500-$2000 plus.

i try to get gaming parts that are not so mighty expensive but up there with the big rigs,

current location happens to be in Australia.

if there is always somthing that is going to be better for $50 i'll take it kind of thing.

  • @MeatWhistle44

yeah I second that. I either get it piece by piece, or depending on what it is, just save up enough from work....

  • @MeatWhistle44

    silver arrow is better

  • Stupidly massive case without a hint of ability to fit liquid cooling ~ worthless

Even with the drive bays you could manage that in a case half the size of that, triple120mm, quad 120mm, double 140mm or triple 140mm fans on the top would have made a hell of a lot more sense than a worthless 200mm

  • Wooooooooooooooooooooooo! Looking foward to buying this case! Looks good with the Zalman CNPS9700.

  • hawwow again im wodnwy wenolds

  • should i get this or the haf 932

  • wow that guy annoyed me the whole time

  • Guys! How often should I clean my Antec 1200 out!??

Should I use a air compressor or actually remove the filters???

  • @SLiiNkDeLuX I usually just blow my filters out every few days but a few times a year you should take your whole system apart and dust it out. It might take a while but it's useful.

  • will rampage III fits?

  • Amazing William Shatner impression, I've never seen that exact speech pattern used in a computer product review before.

613ron, you need to get out more.

  • What size is the slot for the side fan on the window?

  • Can this case fit a 12 inch card on the interior? how much space would be left over? This is a major deal these days and its amazing how few cases can.

  • Why there isn't a cpu cooler replacement hole????

  • @lodovico95 It does, assuming you mean a hole where the CPU cooler mounting is, there is a big hole there.

  • There's always a motherboard with a non removable tray.WHEN WILL IT END :'( ?

  • Couldnt hear any of the fan speeds over my pc lol

  • has anyone put the h50 radiator on the plastic fan attachment on the intake fans, in a push-pull config? i think that would work but I'm not sure about it bringing in hot air from the radiator into the rest of the case, i think theres enough cooling. Great Reviews!! all similar = amazingly easy to compare!

  • Nice straightforward review!

  • @darxxx If you go to a website called google you can find out there. I really can't believe that still some people don't know about google.

  • Comment removed

  • @darxxx So go to a website called google and find out there you dumb moron.

  • Comment removed

  • @darxxx While you're doing that search, do me a favor and try to find out why there are so many morons in the world talking shit to people when they're trying to help them.

  • @darxxx So far you're the only dickhead here, at least say thank you instead of being an asshole.

  • I just don't understand why all these high powered builds keep using blue LEDs, why not use red to get a faster system?

  • @ElectricBla

    i dont understand?

  • @ElectricBla Once i get this case I am replacing the blue fans with red 2000 rpm fans just for that reason. XD

  • @ElectricBla Because the majority of people today's favorite color is Neon Blue.

  • @ElectricBla You could always change the LEDs...

  • @ElectricBla because everyone knows blue LEDS are much colder than red LEDS (which are obviously BOILING hot)

  • @ElectricBla because blue keep them cool. these are gaming cases. THINK

  • @ElectricBla You have played to much with warhammer

  • @ElectricBla Since when do LED's change the speed of your system?

  • @Michaelmop

He was making a stupid joke. Are you that dense?

  • @mdma4life No I was being dumb for once in my intelligent life.

  • @ElectricBla Wow, you're really stupid. Do you really expect LEDs make a computer go faster?

Everyone knows flames and lightning bolts makes computers go faster.

  • @Thegrandhighoracle wow, youre really stupid. Do you really expect TROLLS to get attention? oh shit, you did, Everyone knows trolls write stupid shit to make people hate faster.

  • @FiSKEN80 It's. A. Fucking. Joke.

  • And im also dead serious, damn so easy to troll ppl these days

  • @ElectricBla Are you retarded?

  • @frozenskipper Watch your language! It are scientifically prove fact that red goes fasterest.

  • @ElectricBla Sure.. And santa is real :p

  • YOUR BUILD SUCKS! You know why? Cause your motherboard tray is not removable!

  • hi all i bought this case with my new core i7 950, 6 gig Ram and ATI 5850. it works exceptionally well at keeping everything cool. i have all the fans on low setting and all the noise is like a slight hum in the background. very acceptable. its a big case but fits everything and i love the blue LEDs. in all its a great case and i would def recommend. Cheers

  • will a 6870 fit?

  • @xevosinx yes

  • There is Trying to Asian brides "busizz4me.info"

  • The whole reason I want this case, is for a point not mentioned here, in this review.

This case can house the most awesome & HUGE Antec CP 1000W PSU.

If you get a large Antec case then your missing out if you don't get their PSU, it's near silent with its 120mm outside attached fan. Corsair HX 1000 is so expensive in comparison it just can't compare.

  • @Blahdabbadoo I don't even want to know what your electricity bill is. X.X

  • should i get this or the haf 932?

  • @pwner1734 get HAF X case

  • @DarthMuse No get a Corsair Obsidian 800D

  • @DickService i dont like the 800D im big fan of Corsair i dont seem to like there cases but.

  • I've had this case for 2 yrs now, it lives up to its name for being a durable case, but oh man it has some weight if you got a good setup in it.

  • i want it

  • Comment removed

  • PM ME FOR MY CASE DESIGN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Can you control wen the leds are on and off by a simple switch or something

  • I think I'll be getting this for my Sandy Bridge(maybe i7 if SB is not better). Is the 800D better than this?(I may add 2 GTX 580 in the future) I'm not really into OC or water cooling, but I want a case that lasts and is awesome for air cooling.

  • he make me feel like im retarded....

  • My PC is complete minus the case, UD3H and 1600CL8 ram arrived in the mail today, i7-870 next week and I got my 480 a few months ago. My antec 300 is a bit crowded though so I'm going to be picking up one of these bad boys and I'm set for another 3 years. I plan to make this case last a LOOOOONG time. Knowing my timing they will introduce a new mobo aspect ratio so it won't fit in a few years , lol

  • Great Review I'm Ordering Mine Now :D

  • This is a fantastic video review.

  • this case needs a handle and a rear mboard tray access cutout to attatch rear reataining brackets and it would take over the world...

  • Nice review as always. Keep it up!

  • "At the bottom are four soft rubber feet which have excellent anti-vibration properties and won't scratch the surface."

    Classic.

  • will this case fit cross ati 5870?

  • @versionintegrale Yes, mate, it will

  • not ricer enough

  • Hey can this case fit a EVGA classified motherboard??

Pls someone respond fast, I'm building my own computer and want to know if this will fit

  • I buy it today

  • i like my fans LOUDE

  • So this case wont fat an SSD drive?

  • @deathflyer10 Yes it will

  • C'mon greed should be forbidden = No more adds please!

  • Be nice with red fans !

  • will the Radeon HD 5970 fit inside of the Antec 1200?

    someone plz respond! lol

  • @TheHeReTiiK Yes, it will fit.

  • @TheHeReTiiK Yes

  • 2 fans on the back 1 is for intake!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not both outtake I Installed my corsair H70 for the intake one for push/pull config

  • What is the name of the stock fans?

  • i know it's old but i'm getting this!

  • @neurotoksin

Do yourself a favor and get a corsair 600t, the cable management in this case sucks ***

  • "Unfortunately the motherboard tray is not removable". Love it when he says that in his reviews.

  • @CTDash i like when he says "video reviwoo"lol

  • If he doesn't say 100% kick ass product then the companies come and beat him up...

  • @OneUpE1even Nah, they'd just force him to use a case that doesn't have a removable motherboard tray.

  • @ivanlagrossemoule For you guys wondering he uses the CoolerMaster ATCS 840,but he just used the motherboard tray of it XD.

  • I never knew that a mesh window with perspex behind it offers plenty of ventilation Rod ;) if it was just a mesh you would have been right
