  • Wow, what a waste of political ads. I'm glad he waste a shitload of his own money to be defeated by a man who wants to save his state money. Guess we all can't be millionaires.

  • UTUBE USUCK - Corzine did nothing to help this state. He and his demo cronnies took all they can then tried to sell off everything we have left. OH Yes Vote him in another 4 to finish the job!!

  • Chris Christie is simply an ASSWIPE. And if you vote for him, SO ARE YOU. ;-D

  • Good luck with that, Mr. Corzine.

I'm sure all of NJ is kept awake at night worrying about abortion, gun control and global warming. And if maybe they can get one of those "green jobs".

You only forgot to toss in gay rights.

  • I am from outside NJ, but I am reading "The Soprano State" and this Corzine guy is a sleaze. If New Jersey voters vote for this guy over Christie, with all of the corruption and high taxes over them, I would pronouced that state dead.

  • What I just don't understand is why would a man with all the money in the world turn into such a money-grubbing dirty politician.

The centuries-old, unspoken American taboo against rich men buying public office directly is irrevocably shattered. Ironically, I've heard it said that the post-Watergate election "reform" which restricted campaign donations and forced pols to spend ALL their time grubbing for money made self-financing candidates an irresistible temptation to local party machines.

  • What I'm at a loss to understand is the phenomenon of the zillionaire socialist.

"Capitalism for me but not for thee"?

I still need someone to explain that to me.

  • pinz: If you are in New Jersey, all I can say is I hope your state turns around and gets some courage to root out the corruption.

  • Well, maybe you should read books about real mafiosos and people like Chris Christie who attempt to emulate that lifestyle...not Jon Corzine.
