For only the second time in my adult life, I am not ashamed of my country. I want to thank the hard working American people for paying $242,000.00 plus additional expenses for my vacation in Spain. My daughter Sasha, several long-time family friends, my personal staff and various guests had a wonderful time. Honestly, you just haven't lived until you have stayed in a $2,500.00 per night suite at a 5-Star luxury hotel. We booked only 70 rooms for our friends, staff and family.

The thing is, women LOVE this kinda stuff so hey, if First Lady Obama can use that to aid in gaining populous capital to use for her future projects then she and her crew will make that happen.
They're covering all bases with this one I guess cause hey, when was the last time we had an athletic fine looking First Lady? I don't remember any First Lady's coming close to the sex appeal she has so hey, it is what it is.

I guess.. and it does make good political sense if you look it that way. But I have to say that, as a woman, it *really* irritates me that pretty much all we've heard about Michelle since her husband took office is what designers she's wearing. So.. no, women don't "love" this stuff. Some do, I suppose, but I'm willing to bet it's less than you are supposing, or is generally supposed.

Well to be fair that's not all we've been hearing. For me the only times I've heard the media concentrate on First Lady Obama's fashion stuff was during the initial week of Jan20 and times like these
- but I have been seeing and hearing a lot more about her out reach to school children in education ranging from academics to healthy eating and I know she has plans to delve into the issues of family politics for women in the country.
But no doubt, people are fascinated with her; that's good IMO.

I love these types of stories. There needs to be more of them, AP. Today I wore a very tastefully designed bright chartreuse designer shirt that says I don't give a damn ass shit what Michelle Obama wears. It is bright and is one of my signature pieces.
