Can you better describe the #10 guitar string in electrical terms? Like is it just a steel wire? If so, what is the diameter? I would assume that if I put 24 VAC across any steel wire, it would pull all the current the transformer could provide, and lower the operating voltage well below 24 volts, and pull more than 2 amps, ruining the transformer in short order.
MrJaklein using a guitar string worked great for me, thank you for this video. I just cut the nose off of my redbull edge 540 foamplane using a guitarstring, after seeing your video. I just used a portable jumpstarter and it cut like a worm knife through butter and it made a very clean cut so thanks again : )
