Why is this my favorite scene in the whole series? There are plenty of bluntly sexual scenes and in your face action scenes, but this one is my favorite. I guess it is just the song and the whole though of him being basically a father type figure to the kid, and a playmate.

All I took from it was The Turk/John Henry is such a powerful intelligence it can comprehend 'humor' sing 'in tune' and basically have 'fun' like a child, something centuries away. Our intelligence starts like this and this machine is as 'alive' as the child Savannah and effectively now born into a world of bad things JC's uncle killed and mother caught....big setback for John and the resistance which Catherine T1000 is trying to help with creation of John Henry after all).

Man i agree with you there... i have liked alot of shows. Firefly and Burn Notice to name a few but none have had me like this show did. Sad they couldn't even give them a 3rd season to atleast wrap everything up.

@bembleton not really. It was established at the beginning of the episode that She was teaching John Henry a song that her father sang to her. Her parents are scottish and it had to be fun song a father coudl sing to his yougn daughter. this is perfect.

I don't think the average north american would know about the underlying politics so its not sometihng the director would have to worry about.

I THOUGHT THEY CANCELED THE SHOW BECAUSE THE SAME COMPANY THAT OWNS AND MAKES THE TERMINATOR MOVIE FRANCHISE ALSO OWNED THIS T.V SERIES.I THINK IT WAS NO COINCIDENCE THAT THE MOVIE T-SALVATION WAS COMING OUT. LES THEN 1-WEEK LATTER AFTER THE T.V SHOW CANCELED THEY STARTED ADVERTISING THAT THE MOVIE T-SALVATION WAS COMING OUT. It is a graveyard for unknowns (Sarah tells Derek that she doesnt know which grave is Kyle's at the start of the episode), so it would be Derek's grave i imagine, as Charlie certainly wasnt unknown.
