a great tip for people wanting to 'activate' their DNA is to Wikapedia it, and literally read about DNA. i'm being totally serious, and do it over and over again until you begin to understand it -it's very complicated! read about antigens, antibodies, the immune family, immunology, virons, pathogens, nucleotides, non-nucleotides, replication, etc(the list goes on forever...). read about DNA in your spare time and slowly you'll come to understand a LOT about your body you didn't know before.
