This was a good phone before the smartphone explosion and yes it does freeze a lot.. But I liked it's features for what it was. I predict Virgin Mobile will be bought out at some point in the near future by either AT&T, Verizon, or Sprint. Because they appear to be on the decline.

I liked the phone until i found out Virgin disabled many important features on it, out of straight greed. google 'a great phone crippled by virgin' it tells all. i no longer am with virgin, cause they rip you off and their customer service absolutely blows... i had some pictures that i wanted to save off the phone and now i can't, cause they disabled the USB/Bluetooth phone-to-pc capabilities.

Shame on you Virgin Mobile!!!

I actually do have this phone and I'd give it a 8/10

never had any problems, but it's virgin mobile, so bad network and bad... sounds haha

thinking of switching, but if you're a VM person I haven't had any problems and really like it

the super slice by far. the flar has nothing, trust me if u get the flar you will regret it i had the super slice and it was greaat!

i hate that phone.. it freezes up every single time i try to send picture messages.. or if im doing anything "too stressful" for it. I love virgin mobile's service.. but that phone was the worst choice i ever made. I only had it for about 6 months and it's just as crappy as it was the first day i bought it. now all i can do is send txts without the damn thing freezing on me. goodluck (=^=;;;)

I like your reviews, but is there any way you could enhance audio quality? Also, I have heard many people complain about the Shuttle will shut off at random sometimes. Has this happened to you yet with your Shuttle?

Yes I took the shuttle back I had problems with it virgin mobile needs to work on the 3g and this phone has bugs :)

I use to have 2 of them, sometimes the phone frezzes most of the time and the camera quality is mediocre.
