You can also get a Heartline Twister with 650 excitement. It has a bug in the code with very slow heartline twisters.

hmmm well, i think they can ride it, but youd have to be sneaky! Youd have to make sure that the ride is not tested first. you cant even try it out once, or else the ride is have its stats figured out, thus people will see them and freak out and not go on. but if you build it and not run it even once, people will line up to go on it. however after that one ride, no one will go on it again lol

Actually they do as long as the excitement rating is also of over 10. problems start when the coaster has over 10.23+ (which is extreme) intensity.

You've changed the amount of laps to 7 I assume? If so, then there's only one explanation I can think of. Then it should be a bug or a glitch that came with one of the expansions, so it might not work if you don't have them installed. Can't guarantee it tho.
