A petition isn't going to "kick them off". It doesn't matter if they have an account on youtube or not. Even if you kick them off the site they can sue.

It is a real shame that WMG cannot differentiate between someone ripping off their music and loosing them revenue, versus using the music to express themselves which will promote additional sales of that music.
