Iran is not pursuing nuclear weapons. They are looking to build nuclear power plants for electricity. They don't have the uranium (U-238) for weaponry anyway. Only Russia & the US actually have the weapons grade uranium and the only way to get your hands on it, for the sake of brevity, is you have to put an order in with the IAEA.
