LOL! now i know what ya mean, hahah it was a general saying of "Be happy with what you already have, and/or be thankfull because you can always have a hotdog" And its true, coz you dont see much of thankfullness in the world thease days. Hence why i think the creator of the Saw movies needed to put a message out aswell "Most people are so ungreatfull to be alive etc..."
