I'm very curious about this. My son is 21m but only says "Mama" when I am away from him. He "hums" things by making noise with his mouth shut so you can hear syllabels, but no words. He has been in speech therapy for 5 weeks now but is only picking up the sign language. They say they can't give a diagnosis until after he is 2. Is there anything I can do before then? What is the Fish Oil for?
