Couple of questions: The video title says classic but the video has the back of the amp saying 101. I thought they were two different amps?

Also, at 1:49, it looks like channel II's LED is also lit up. Is this just the camera angle or some trick the XTC does that I've never seen?

 I think you guys did a Soldano demo too. Both amps sound incredible, especially at the end of the Bogner demo where you're getting Eric Johnson like tones. It's so confusing!!

Additionally, Ed´s help in turning knobs saved us some time as this videoclip becomes smaller than if the player was turning them himself and we can hear the variation in the head´s parameters, the range of the controls.

Thanks to both Ed and the player, now I have a great idea of what this head has to offer...awesome tone and so much versatility.

it's an xtc classic...i'm not sure if newer ones are labeled differently on the back, but i think the early ones started life as 101bs and were modded to the classic.

Ecstasy Classic has a chrome plate in the front. Easy way to tell it apart from the other flavors.

Thing with the Bogner XTC line is that the pre eq switches, excursion switches really do a lot to change the tone. This has to be one of the most flexible amps around. Its a really winner and worth the cash...

Really good demo, I took a look at a few pics of the controls on those amps, and could better appreciate watching you run through them all. Man, love the sound of the blue channel ... great stuff!!! What cabs are those, THDs?

Yeh--it's pretty subtle. I own the Ecstacy 100 and find it's neck and neck with my SLO Soldano. If I had to make a choice I'd probably go with the Bogner.

As I said... the sound is awesome... I saw also the demo with the Herbert made by Ed Yoon... awesome amp too... those are the best options in my opinion... Bogner, Diezel, Soldano... but eventually is a matter of taste... I oscillate between Bogner and Diezel.
