@gritynity I think it's because most people don't know how to get to the chopper. It's actually kind of counter-intuitive. You'd think opening up the parachute early is how you'd float over there, but really, the best way to get to the chopper is to freefall most of the way over and then open the parachute.

@krasic27ize First you need to obtain the key fron your girlfriend by killing her or kill her than youll get a phone call from Wozzie asking how the date goes.After brief conversation CJ tells Wozzie there was an accident and you will go to her house with a dollar sign and retirve the key card.This is the most important part of the heist mission.

To get the helicopter, you need to have the parachute already open in your inventory before you go off the building and not have another weapon in the slot, and instead of jumping off the building you need to sprint off the building, hold down the forward button all the time during the dive and only open the chute when when you are literally above the building in which the helicopter is located.

you CAN get to the roof, you have to jump off right and get caught in an air current which takes you to the building. if you jump off wrong, you fall down as usual. Or if you pull your parachute too early, you wont make it.

@IgazhioThunder Pretty sure it's an optional heist mission you get through woozie in the chinese casino. You don't need to finish it to finish the story line.
