Permission is permission. You do get marks for the note but you would get more if you put it on the video at then end. All and all there are thousands of Creative Commons tunes that you can legally use that promotes the next up and coming band and most IMPORTANTLY keeps your valued work free of scrutiny and question and maybe, if it was a Prince song, clear of a law suit. Keep up the good work and denounce the wrong doers, just don't become one in the process.
But the question is, do you have permission to use this music? Don't devalue this so important message with stolen music! Musicians need to eat too, even when they are successful!
