i swear, they deliberately hide the really beefy topics in the most boring formats. I find that taking concerted notes helps me to stay awake. Also Impersonations are a useful tool to internalize the information and have a laugh. "of whats-a whats-a happened, AAAhUmmmm!"

My God that man has a rough voice. Hold on while I clean the sandpaper out of my ears! Yikes!
