This is the sound of voice, or should I say range, that lead to the breakup of the group that Dagmar was in before she started this project, together with Inga, who, a couple of months after finishing this project, joined us, FRUMPY, at the time consisting of JJK,KHS & CB ;-)

@CeBeeBS Interesting. It's as if Krause was already walking around on Neptune and her bandmates wanted to stay at least somewhere close to Earth. :)

But in general, that's one of the interesting things about I.D. Company's only album: it did show the directions the two singers took in the years to come. Rumpf would sing with the more rock-based band Frumpy, while Krause went to more avant groups (Slapp Happy, Henry Cow, and Art Bears most famously).
