If you use Verizon for your phone system do not put your account on automatic pay through your bank, if you do Verizon will not cancel when you ask them to. My wife has one and we have been trying to cancel the account and the only way you can stop payment is to close the bank account

I don't think the blue buttons on the inside are distracting at all. I actually find them to be a nice break from the solid black.

If those keys weren't there the inside keyboard would be a bit plain...

Well this all depends on if you would prefer a touch screen for the internal keys or think you can do without I am trying to focusing on the same problem between the motorola Rival or this. I am leaning more toward this because a lot of my friends have it and they give it a thumbs-up. but you should go with what you think.

The Samsung Rouge is a touch screen with the QWERTY board. The ENV3 is not a touch screen, but does have the QWERTY board. The Rouge is a Enhanced Multimedia Phone. Which the LG ENV3 is not. But the Rouge does need a data package which is either $9.99 or $29.99 extra a month. The LG ENV3 does not. So it comes up to what you really want. They are both good phones.

Well the LGenvtouch has both a touch keyboard and a fully physical qwerty. But I do like the physical dial pad on the Env3 so its probably what I will get. ts more than enough phone for me.
