@jameswynn93 no he didnt skip a step, there is 4 steps on the right rifle when you carry colors and only 3 on the left rifle so the "skip" is to make sure they both go up to their shoulders at the same time (I am in AFROTC and I am in charge of color guard)
It was still good though. Don't get me wrong.
