Of course! Do you realize that "Scotland the Brave" is the best known of all bagpipe songs? Every respectable bagpiper can play it. So you can expect to hear it a lot, Irish or not.

I just found it ironic that a Scottish song was being played for an Irish themed holiday video.
Just an observation.
And yes, I do recognize the shared roots between Scottish and Irish cultures.
