UMM........sometimes you cant rely on people. and when that is the case you are needing to take matters into your own hands. find people that believe in you and will help you. therefore you have just begun.
@GrizzlyFlower win over the hearts and minds of the students themselves...tell them that you will be there for them and include all of the things that you will do for them...but make sure that you aren't the only one try to accomplish a goal...thats were the students support should take place...mainly it is all in the art of focus and truth.
