well, from an artistic point of view, i prefer the hellsing anime- which trust me- is really rare as normally the adaptations from manga to anime don't work so well... hellsing and cowboy bebob being brilliant exceptions..but this sure looks interesting ^^ many thanks for posting!

ok firstly. I wanna see this soo bad. The original anime was so disapointing. I say this because I acually READ the manga and I absolutely LOVE the manga. The fact the original hellsing anime didnt follow the manga plot was sooo upsetting. I wanted to throw my friends computer out the window! but this... Hellsing Ultimate... looks absolutly promising!

The only character that is perfect is the crazy Judas Priest. All the other ones are wrong, what happened to the original artist?!?! ...And they really messed up on Alucard, he's not as awesomely sexy as before.

yes this is hellsing ultimate...based on the manga since the original series was so disapointing!

theres alredy 2 episodes out and i think every episode comes each year.better artwork,more violience,and more!

the way ceras victoria and integra react are more connected than original series...but u still got to love em!

Yeah, judging from the trailer I think they'll have some Dawn goin' on. I seriously doubt seeing the OVA on adult swim.. even if they were to, it hasn't been subbed yet, so it would be a while. You may be able to bittorent it, if you can still find it up. Or you can just wait for it to come out in america.

In the manga, the German guy has one of his henchmen (the chick who was lying on the giant Nazi symbol) attack the brittish navy. Alucard, not being able to cross water on his own, takes command of the fastest jet in exsistance... And then proceeds to crash it full speed nose first into the ship.

Lot's of explotions and Alucard being ultimately bad ass.

It's not technically a new season. It's a 'redo' of the other Hellsing you've seen before except it's being developed by Geneon and will follow the manga a lot closer than the other did, hence the missing characters appearing in this one and the better storyline :)

I have not read the manga, but I did know that the man that used the black magic[can't spell his name nor can I remember except that it started with an 'I'] was an added charater. But sometime I plan to own all the manga.

BTW: Howmany manga books are out? So I know how many to look for?
